Indian electric motorcycle maker Ultraviolette Automotive showcased its next-generation AI-powered voice assistant, ‘Violette’, on the F77 electric motorcycle at CES 2026 in Las Vegas, marking a major step forward in connected two-wheeler technology.

The system has been developed in partnership with SoundHound AI, a global leader in voice-enabled AI solutions.

Following the recent launch of the X-47 featuring radar-based safety technology, Ultraviolette’s CES showcase focused on how artificial intelligence can redefine rider interaction, safety, and convenience through hands-free voice control.

Voice-Controlled Riding Experience

At the demonstration, visitors experienced seamless interaction with the F77 using simple voice commands activated by the wake phrase “Violette.” Riders could switch riding modes, start navigation, and access real-time information without needing to touch the display or take their eyes off the road.

The AI assistant also provides instant access to the motorcycle’s digital user manual, answering queries related to recommended tyre pressure, service procedures, and step-by-step how-to guides.

Advanced features showcased included pre-ride system checks, ride statistics, proactive alerts, and service notifications, all delivered through voice interaction.

Focus on Safety and Human–Machine Interaction

Commenting on the announcement, Narayan Subramaniam, CEO and Co-founder of Ultraviolette, said that AI will play a pivotal role in enhancing rider safety and redefining the riding experience.

“By enabling seamless voice-led control, we are creating a riding experience that is intuitive, immersive, and future-ready, allowing riders to stay fully focused on what matters most—the road ahead,” he said.

Niraj Rajmohan, CTO and Co-founder, added that Violette A.I. is designed to anticipate rider needs while simplifying complex interactions.

“Every command and query is aimed at enhancing rider confidence, safety, and comfort. By embedding intelligence directly into the riding experience, we are creating a smarter, safer, and deeply human-centric mobility ecosystem,” he noted.

Audio-Integrated Helmet Interface

Violette A.I. will be enabled through an audio-integrated helmet, acting as the primary interface between the rider and the motorcycle.

This approach ensures distraction-free access to information and controls, reinforcing Ultraviolette’s focus on safety-first innovation while setting new benchmarks for connected motorcycling.
